**LA LAKERS THREAD** Sitting on 17! 2023-2024 offseason begins

But he's missing wide open shots too (like nobody within 5-10 feet of him) so that kind of trumps that theory. Problem is that he is in a slump, plain and simple AND he plays 33 minutes a game so its magnified and we all see it. Instead of being hidden on the bench like most young players would be, he is starting and leading the team in minutes. We have no back up pg worth playing. Amazing how effective he is despite the shooting woes - and if you don't think he's key to their success early this season, then you are clearly not watching the games.

Amazing how effective he is? Oh please **** out of here with that. He's been a solid passer but he hasn't been overly effective at all. Media and our fans are desperate to prop this dude up we be giving Lonzo credit when he on the bench and somebody else make a decent pass LOL. For all the hype dudes got theres no reason he shouldn't be immune to criticism and fact of the matter is hes been average to below average so far. And to be honest that okay its only 10 games into his rookie season but theres no reason to incorrectly hype him.

I just want Brandon to make his free throws.

Celtics been getting terrible calls all night.

So you mean to tell me, a guy who is trapped in a double team spins to get free, but KCP who is trapping dude gets called for the foul? How sway!?

Dammit we're right there. Some boneheaded plays on offense.

Ju is doing great, but the Celtics are ready for his predictable spin move back to his left hand.
