Furthermore, if anyone captured some of the jokes I made as a 14 year old, both at home and with friends I'd be beyond embarrassed.

People throw shade, but before his most recent incident I've seen him front row at the Grammys, VMAs, BET awards touring and doing pressers as well as appearing on magazine covers. (albeit Jet & XXL and some fashion mags...)
people have short term memory for things like this. While I'm sure his commercial appeal may take a small hit, mothers won't stop buying their daughters tickets to his shows.
