Isn't it hilarious how the metallics always drop when the hype is dead....then randomly become sought after once trendy lol stg watch it happen again....nah jk. I seriously doubt 1s will ever get back to that 2018 to 2021 ish hype again.

I think AJ 1 hype is never going to get to those levels ever again. They had their moment with the rise of sneaker TikTok and will always be a classic silhouette but the former aspect along with COVID stimulus money given to younger people that drove resale of sneakers across the board (esp AJ 1s) will never happen again. I wish I dumped more AJ1s during this period since resale has pretty much tanked across the board, even on much older pairs.

I'm still skeptical that they are releasing the Black/Reds next year. We all saw the Shadow fake out, so I'm not believing it until I see some concrete info.
