If you PLOT on another man AFTER the fact and you weren't even there, then you DESERVE to be thrown UNDER the jail.

It seems that you all would want dude to go free...is that what you're saying? Thats the alternative.

Two choices.

He walks free for ORDERING A PREMEDITATED HIT

...or...

he is subject to the laws of the land for murder as it relates to his case.

there are a lot of things in between doing nothing and having someone KILLED, but okay.

He chose his bed I agree with that. All I'm saying is that in his job profession you damned if u do and damned if u don't .
1 day it's someone slapping your kid next day it might be someone not paying a debt owed , because u didnt react to that situation. So you gotta let it be known you not going for that. You in these streets and playing that street life you know Life in jail comes with it. His son gonna be alright if he knows what he is doing and build off the relationships his pops built.

In all tho I understand where u are coming from. I just hope you can understand where I'm coming from with it. You think if someone slapped the presidents kids in the face it's gonna be all peachy ?

Nobody is saying he should walk for what he did, dudes just understand why he did it. And Jimmy was already facing life before this charge was even brought up.

No i totally understand where y'all are coming from. It's just that a life is a life...and the fact that his sons life wasn't taken makes me not really feel for Jimmy.

Where did anyone say they felt sorry for Jimmy or that he shouldn't do time?

I think what's being said is that it's somewhat understandable that a father would go off the deep end when someone assaults his child.

Remember, we're talking about an ADULT GOON manhandling a defenseless child. That's an extreme act that will elicit an extreme reaction. ESPECIALLY when you consider who the kid's father is.

Think about who we're talking about here. This ain't a suburban square.

So let's say he doesn't kill Lodi. If he beats him within an inch of his life, he still runs the risk of doing time. Maybe even extended time because he has priors. So it's either do nothing or do something.

And I know I would have a hard time doing NOTHING myself. Knowing this dude was walking around like #%%%'s all good would torment me. So.......

And I can see how if Jimmy's going to do something, he's going to go all out. Make his statement.

Fact is, no criminal commits a crime with the intent of getting caught. If this is true, he tried to hire out, and maybe it didn't work out as well as he'd hoped.

Jimmy's done a LOT of #%%% we couldn't imagine with the belief he'd get away with it. That's just who this guy is.

And ultimately, he's been charged, not convicted.

Is it ok to KILL another man for ASSAULTING your son? Not out of self-defense, but planned retaliation?

beat him up and its a constant back and fourth between the two.

but i dont see why people get so bent out of shape when someone gets murdered deservingly.

only God knows what transpired between Yayo and Henchman in the past to lead to Lodi's death.

some people need to be killed and im completely happy with that.

i just keep myself out of situations that get people killed

for example...

a grown man putting his hands on another mans child.

murking a family member.

raping a family member.

those are just a few things you dont do to a man.
