i mean the movies budget is supposedly $250m before marketing, most expensive bond film to date
You add in promotion and they'd need more than 500 mill.

And if I'm the studio I'd just ask for a billi

i...understand the want to keep this in theaters. MGM thinks they'll see big returns with respect to the $200m price tag for the movie.

but I feel like you can only ride the hype train for so long before it becomes 'let me see it' or 'nm i don't care anymore'. This movie was supposed to drop what...last spring? you can only show the same trailer, same ads so many times before it becomes a movie that just feels like the limbo this pandemic has created.

part of me feels like they should've just sold it...idk what apple or Netflix were offering.
