Is left for dead worth buying?

I was thinking about going to pick it up today but is it worth buying or just rent it?

yeah im debating whether or not to buy this as well.. couple of my friends say the multi player is amazing, so that would make the purchase worth it

It's a quick game but once you beat it, you'll wanna keep beating it on higher difficulties. I got mine for christmas and still pick it up every nowand then to kill some zombies. If you have a girl tho, def pick it up. For some reason women LOVE left4dead

I tried it out last weekend at a friend's house. It was pretty good.

There's a free 3-day trial on steam right now.

nope it is more for people who play a game more then once, which i am not. beat each level once and never touched it again.
