I want to change my diet and not eat fried foods and bread. Any suggestions on a healthy diet.
Thanks NT.

It's the other garbage that isn't supposed to be in your diet. People get so caught up in hollywood fad diets they tend to get brainwashed as far as what they should be eating. Stick to this and you'll be ok.
Notice bread is part of the foundation of a healthy diet.
The only other thing I'd add to this that IMO should be on it, is 6-8 glasses of water per day. Drinking water will greatly improve your diet.
whats a healthy was to cook chicken?
Broiled, baked, sauted in a bit of olive oil, there are tons of ways to do it healthily. Vegetable oils are the best thing to use if you are going to usethem. Personally I like the spray oils because you only use enough to coat the pan and the extra you normally would use isn't soaked into the food. Andno skin, it's so much animal fat (the worst kind of fat to eat).
I have a ghetto version of one of these from a garage sell but never used it, maybe I should try it.
ny mom got it as a joke and it was the best present i got ... even better than call of duty 4
