I have a 3g ipobe running 3.1.2 however I want to restore it back to 3.1.2 so I wipe everything out but still be able to unlock it? How to I restore it and keep the 3.1.2

will not work apple only signs 3.1.3 restores you're gonna have to shsh your ipobe.
