i remember being a kid wanting to play that game soo bad. I couldn't buy rated M games and GTA III was all over the news. Then my cousin let me borrow it, i was soo hyped. Locked my door and everything. Started playing and killed a bunch of people. It wasn't until i killed a !*+@** and kicked her a bunch of times when i was got freaked out by the game....turned it off, never played it again

damn 10 years.  i remember being in the dorms and hearing about this game.  i had to see what was up with this game where i was told you could beat a prostitute in the streets and take her money.  from that moment on i was hooked.  i can proudly say, i've been beating up street walking ladies of the night ever since.

I was thinking about something similar.
There are NTers on this board that have never played with an N64 or any console before that, let alone been in the presence of one, not because they couldn't afford it, but because they were born too late.
That makes me feel a tad bit old.

I'm going to blow your mind:

This is BS R* is doing some crappy half assed re release for the 10th anniversary of a great game that changed the video game industry.

R* should give us a HD remastered collection of GTA III, GTA Vice City, and GTA San Andreas while the take their sweet long %** time making GTA V.

I never had GTA III but I remember when Vice City came out I was in the fifth grade and I saved all my money and made my Dad buy it for me. He didn't want to but I threw a fit and he finally agreed, we both played the %%!$ outta that game.

Used to play this game at 10, I actually used to do the missions thou when all my friends wanted to do was go around mindlessly killing people.... Hmm maybe that explains why some of them are in jail now. Nah couldn't be but happy 10th gta 3
