This lady was charged for downloading illegal music from Kazza, and now has to pay 80k per download/ $1.92million to the music industry...

Who uses Kazaa anymore. I read the article earlier on and I believe this is the only 2nd case prosecuted. And they were willing to settle for around $3-5,000too. It's no use now, with the blogs and sites like rapidshare, zshare, etc.

they always settle for so much less. they just do this to scare people. !%%# the RIAA

IP address. That's the only source I can see. And just trace the registered user. Which now can pose a problem with the use of Wi Fi and'borrowing' internet.
