havent posted in a while, had to make a new damn account just cause I couldnt get into my old one lol.

but when i read OP's post i thought more people were gonna agree with him. i dont see anything wrong with what hes saying. i mean if you buy a car cause you love it and its over 100k then

to you. but there really some cats out there saving up every penny just so they can get an audi r8 and drive it on a quarter tank just for some yambs

.

maybe its just how i was raised but me and my cousin make about six figures each (me less and him over) and we both dont drive over the top whips (me a 2006 c230 and him a 2011 g37) , even though we could easily afford it right now. we both spend our money on smarter choices like saving up for a house, helping out family, living comfortably, etc. But dont get me wrong, i do intend to drive an audi r8 within the next 2 years, I just laugh at the dudes whose keeps that as their main priority just for yambs

id rather get a girl with my ambition, goals, dreams, humor, strength (physically and mentally), and of course looks. that > bagging a girl with that lambo that will prolly get repo'd in a couple of months.

and if you wanna know some of my goals

-create my own iphone app that will make millions

-start my own company off that app

-own a house

-let everyone of my friends and family eat too

-travel the world with just bare necessity's. i wanna experience other cultures in a way most tourist dont get to, and step out my comfort zone

-drive an audi r8

-open my own restaurant

Who cares what car you drive and how you pulled your chickl OP. So what if iLLest posted a thread about getting a G37 or if any other member posts a thread about cars they get. People buy what they like and what they can afford.

^^^ thats like one of those vans they use in porn videos when they "pick up and random girl off the street" and bang her in the car while driving.

She's salt like and immature? The point is girls that grew up caked up have been riding around in the car you're cracking your neck to drive since birth. They are not impressed by something so normal, a flashy whip is blasé. They can't even grasp why anyone would ever put any amount of effort or care into their car choice. It's just an elevated mentality. These girls want a bright guy with big goals who treats them right. A young guy in a BMW is labeled a try hard..

This post def got some NTers mad

And now everyone else is acting salty, saying OP should post his life goals, etc......can't you see that all of you sound saltier than the OP? Dude is actually making a very valid point, saying that people with money don't care about cars like that, and that the pride and joy that you push aint really all its cracked up to be amongst a population for whom luxury is the norm. The mere ownership of a luxury vehicle is not viewed as a status symbol amongst those who possess such status to begin with, and the ownership of a luxury vehicle is not indicative of having "made it" in life the way it is to a great deal of people.

It is a simple postulation that everyone's choosing to ignore, and would rather divert attention from.

Interesting.

Everything is relative.

That's like saying OP only goes to ND because he wants to attract women with a better education. Like, why would anyone say that? It's obvious that a better education usually leads to a better selection of women. Applied to academics, which seems to be OPs way of determining one's success in life, it's like me saying "OP is lame for going to ND, I pulled a model and I didn't even graduated high school." Just because I did what I did with a lack of education shouldn't take anything away from higher education, just like how him getting a girlfriend with a Fiat shouldn't take anything away from luxury vehicles.

"Hey, I go to a community college, so OP must be an intellectual "try-hard" for going to ND."

OP is just mad cuz he cant smash his old lady in his car.

seriously though OP you sound foolish, why are you worried about what any other man spends his money on? If you wanna drive the barbiemobile do your thing but ill whip a chevy til i die and thats for no yambs,  its for me. Plus broads dont usually know a damn thing about cars anyway.

Guys need to understand it's not about money, cars, looks, etc. Girls don't care about that stuff (well most don't)

It's over their head. They may never get to this mentality. With that said, I can't blame them entirely because if you're not around people like this (read: wealthy, very educated) it's tough to grasp this state of mind.

Dat public transportation love. If she still down, then she def a keeper.
Wealthy girls in NYC, Chicago and D.C. take public transportation everyday. Owning a car in those cities is a nuisance to a lot of them.
