He's been banned.

Remember, under the old system users could send you PMs even if they'd been banned.  All they needed was a Yuku account.

Here, that's no longer the case.  

A couple of users notified me about this and the user was immediately banned.  We have PM limits in place to prevent people with zero posts from sending out tons of messages, so it's not even worth the time it takes to register and get banned.
