Download AVG Anti Virus now, and if you really need help I advise you to go look up technical support, restart your comp in safe mode then store all your stuffin a hard drive then reboot computer.

Well I downloaded that AVG Anti-Virus program, and it said it fixed whatever. The pop-up that I posted in the original post isn't coming up anymore, but mycomputer is running extremely slow at times.

Any other suggestions?

Yeah go out and buy a new anti virus program and get rid of everything on your harddrive(I cant think of the word) and reinstall windows andeverything else you want.

if you got the windows xp software throw it in it deletes everything on your comp it will be like new but you'll lose all files and programs too

man people need to use "common computer/internet sense", when you didn't request a download and one pops up, don't accept
You know shady sites, just totally avoid, don't ever risk it.
And when installing programs, read carefully before the install (on the site it will most likely say the program is "ad-supported" and what not, andduring the install, read what you are installing on your computer, don't just click next.

Also, use FireFox, have a firewall, anti-virus, and anti-spyware. (all are free)
