All of this. There have been many times that I have missed opportunities that have always left me wondering. Never ever a good feeling.

Learning from the past, I now usually ask for any girls number that gives me a feeling, a look, or just cause. Its awesome and its also how I met my current GF. Just said !+%! it.

Walk up and say "Hey, i'm paliplaya2010"  She will tell you her name.  "How long have you been going to this gym?".  If she says a long time, then you ask if she grew up in the area, what school, etc, etc.  If she says she just started going to the gym, ask if she just recently moved into the area, etc, etc.

Go from there.  Then say, I don't want to hold you up too long so can I get your number so we can talk later.
