I have no game. Can someone teach me

If youre confident, theres no such thing as not having game... You arent being honest with yourself. You may be confident in general but get insecure about getting blown off by a girl in a public situation.

If so, drop it. Stop thinking about all that and just go for it. Worst case, the nameless random girl at the gym (one of many, I assure you) will stay the nameless random girl. Best case, youll get a number and see where it goes. If you detach yourself from the self conscious part of your thought process thats making you irrationally fear what might go wrong, youll realize you have nothing to lose. Approach her with the same personality and confidence you exude when youre doing anything else youd normally do - ball, working out, anything, its no different.

Don't over think it. Smart guys hesitate a lot because they "learn" from failed attempts from the past. They remember the pain from the girl in the grocery store laughing in their face and it makes him approach new girls with caution. New girls immediately recognize this cautious behavior but the bad news is that their natural instinct identifies this behavior as "scared". They want to view us as the hunter/gatherer with no fear whatsoever. You can't let the wounds from a previous prey affect your future catch. Just think about it, if you're trying to catch a wild boar, you can't be cautious just because the last one trampled you. You have to give not a single damn and go after it like your name is already on it! No mattter what, they can not and will not resist this confidence my man. There's a reason that the bone-heads get a lot of ladies. Because they aren't affected by the past failed attempts. A new day is a new opportunity. You can't let the wounds bleed forever.

I just go over to her and say Hi... you know I have seen you around here at the gym and always been meaning to introduce myself... My name is... and go from there. Your conversation/personality/humor skills come into play as you try to break the ice and get her to smile or laugh. Once she does that then you're in and it's all about manipulating her.
