sometimes it makes red cookies appear. they can be good or bad. i've had some increase grandma production by 6x, some add like 44 billion cookie, and some cut production in half or take like 20 billion cookies

The Transmutated Grandma update just popped back up in the shop, it's all good now

when you click it, but it also has a chance of giving you the normal bonus and adds a gold cookie click stat so its really tempting
