I'm 23 and the youngest I would consider dating is 20, maybe 19 and thats a strong maybe. The oldest I'd go is early 30's.

You only being 16 explains so, so much. I'm 17. I'd say anywhere down to a mature 15 year old, but I don't really know where to draw an end point.
