How do those DMX run 10 feel with no real DMX technology?

Since I plan on getting the Reebok Answer 1's, I was just curious on how the DMX run 10 would feel, since it is confirmed that it isn't any DMX Tech in the shoe.. Are they comfortably and do they have any sort of cushioning when walking in them?
