If buying a new house is contingent on selling your current? Do you have a window you need to sell in to finalize the deal?

Yes that date is all part of the contract. And depending on the situation, you can get extensions and such.

We have until next Friday, so we dropped the price a little bit and we are having another open house this weekend.

Your house is getting ruined in a tornado regardless. Just add a shipping container storage shelter since we’re keeping a broke boi theme.

Hoa fees always scared me away from condos in general. I'm kinda lucky to live in an area where the HOAs are only common amongst the super ritzy areas. You can find a lot of great cribs with no HOAs at all. In the city proper it's mostly condos.
 
Bought a Gazeebo for the back pation for half off @ Home Depot. Not looking forward to getting it home and putting it together.
