THIS! Lawrence is the reason why I thought all us dudes was talking about this show to begin with. This show is for birds and women banter. Some of us get sucked into this because our girls/wives. The Lawrence Hive hashtag is a joke and a nod to the beyonce thing, but people that regularly watch the show wanted him back and deny it if you insist, but the show is more compelling with him on it.

Character archetypes and people's relatibility with them is certainly a real thing. I get it.

I think for me it's interesting to see this present day "battle of the sexes" in real life play out in the commentary of the show. I'm neither "team" if that makes any sense. They both got issues.

I saw Team Issa justify her cheating by blaming Lawrence for his personal issues. I saw Team Lawrence proud of him for thotting it up, while looking down on Issa for thotting it up post-breakup.

The hypocrisy and double-standards on both sides is telling.
