Upon closer inspection didn't realize until eyelet color stuck out to me

Those aren't fake
Damn dudes are so blind by paranoia. And it's not like that's a super rare shoe. Doubt anyone is gonna even try to flip fakes of those through a program like this

They have fakes of them which look pretty good but I'm not sure how or why those are fake minus the glue smell which is kinda normal with Jordan's lol
I don't see any red flags?

son... Those are the same. You're really dead *** wildin View media item 2413581he also complained about the eyelet color... But the shoe is called infrared... Not sure what he was expecting
Check the colors even between air bubble and the eyelets on FC and then compare to the pair I have. Real infrared is almost orange and bright while on my pair they're more red. Add in the non-Jordan glue smell, because yes I know some Jordan's have a glue smell too, but not an overwhelming and horrid one, the uneven tongue stitch and you have the recipe for a great fufu platter. I'm not sure what the benefit to making fakes of GR's are except for maybe being able to sell them for standard price and make a killing if you copped for like 50 bucks in bulk.

It is bogus. You cannot put terms or boilerplate language in a contract that are considered incomprehensible or against public policy. Just b/c it is part of your "terms" doesn't mean it is enforceable - especially if someone had no choice but to agree to them before being allowed to use your service. Not bogus considering it's part of their terms. Pretty straight forward to be honest.
No one is forcing to use their platform. You did have a choice. if you feel that their terms are "incomprehensible or against public policy" then you shouldn't sign up for it and you should report them to the proper agencies. In signing up for the service you agreed to their terms and allow them to enforce them. And yes, they can set the terms to use their platform considering it's ultimately their product. It is bogus. Well eBay does charge their 10% even if you cancel a sale so it probably is enforceable, you should've remember to take it down. I've been in that boat before but finagled thingsYou definitely have a right to your opinion. I'm just saying they can't expect that would be enforceable if someone contests it that's all. Just because it is your platform you can't just list any term you want - case and point all the "we aren't liable for blah blah damages" clauses which never get upheld, even though you agree to them expressly. From a logical perspective no other website would charge you a fee MORE than completing the transaction in instances of where the transaction is cancelled. If you want to use them that's cool, I just won't be.
I got you beat. Bought a pair of foamposites this morning. Got an e-mail at 8:14 am stating my bid was accepted. Got an e-mail at 10:15 am stating that the shoes had been authenticated and shipped out to me. Seems impossible that my bid was accepted, shoes were dropped off (no way they could be shipped), shoes authenticated, and shipped out to me in a 2 hour span. I e-mailed customer support for an explanation of this could have possibly gone down. Awaiting their response
