I don't get this question. Victims came out of the woodwork when "Cosby was through the mud". 60+ accusations.
I don't get the need to bring up Cosby with this. Cosby straight up drugged and raped women and I don't know if anyone were known A-list actresses in Hollywood.
Weinstein seems to be a serial sexual harassed, predator and abuser. Don't think he's been accused of drugging or raping anybody yet.
