Yea I just did. They said they will extend the return window on this but they requested more pics of the size tag, shoe, 8 digit barcode and the inner shoe tag. I still want to keep the shoe but if they could refund me for shipping or $25 site credit I rather have that.
I’m sure they will request a refund from UPS.

Anybody know if it’s possible to add an unlisted shoe to GOAT, like you can on StockX? I have some shoes I want to sell that don’t show up in the search.

Was quicker than expected to be approved. They don't keep your Paypal login info right? When selecting that as my payout method I was redirected to login to PP.

Smh this just happened to me. Only problem is they canceled my pair! I shipped the pair out the same day and it was delivered the next day. It showed “delivered to GOAT” for several days and then “shipment delay.” I checked the status earlier today and now it says “canceled” smh.Yep. Sounds like they got “lost” even though someone signed for them at the GOAT dock. Now UPS is conducting an investigation. Sounds like it’ll be awhile before I get my loot. Damn.
checked the UPS status and it looks like a claim was filed 2 days ago.
You guys weren’t kidding about their customer service. it is awful. The only reply I got was that my order was canceled because I didn’t ship in time lol wtf. I don’t think they even bothered to read my message.

Update on this issue.
After sending in more pics they said hey have forwarded everything to the support team last Thursday and should get back to me in 2-3 business days. It’s been 5 business days yesterday and still nothing from them. I messaged them yesterday and they still haven’t respond. I don’t care about the box being damaged anymore since I’m going to wear the shoes but I’m going to keep asking them about it because I will not let them get away with this kind of service.

I have been using GOAT for 6 months now buying and selling off and on. Today I got this message from GOAT saying I sent them the wrong shoe... Now i've never owned the other shoe in my life and I think someone in the warehouse switched up my shoes. Has anyone been successful in getting GOAT to do anything in a similar situation? I'd be out a lot of money...

Has anyone done a return with goat before? How long did it take to get the credits in your account? My return got approved a couple days ago but haven’t gotten my credits back yet

They usually credit you the same day they receive it...if not, at max two days after. But I think on their return policy it might take up to a week.

Same, got my refund approved on the 13th, messaged them on the 15th asking why I haven’t received the credits. They said they’ll look into it and get back to me within 48 hours. Haven’t heard from them since

Anyone have trouble buying? I tried various cards and methods of payment and it keeps saying declined. Emailed GOAT and they said they would have the devs look into it but no response after I followed up.
