Given her GPA, which is less than sterling, of the schools she's interested in domestic and abroad. The medical School in Grenada (St. Georges), is supposed to be one of the better ones. And i'm not worried about Tyrone.. if Tyrone Tyrones, the she can have Tyrone. Theres a larger issue at hand here.

Have friends that went to school there. She will definitely be cheating but not with Tyrone, rather with other students. The islands will do that to you. Unless she is truly a "good girl".

Heard of A LOT of relationships end in Grenada. Hours upon hours of studying on an island with 500 other US citizens all young and horny. Heard its like temptation island but all the girls are ugly

Tell her to go to a DO school. They have a better chance at landing US residency spots than an international MD degree.

And to everyone saying she has a choice... no. No one CHOOSES to go to a med school in the Caribbean. If you're going to the Caribbean, your stats aren't competitive for a school in the states.

But if she IS choosing to go over any other school in the states, well, you have your answer OP. She doesn't want to move further in your relationship.
