I loved the dialogue between Earn and Willie because it had layers to it. It just wasn’t Earn talking to Willie, it was Katt talking to Donald also...especially when Katt told him if he didn’t want to end up like him, he needed to get that chip off his shoulder.

In the shooting scene I thought maybe there were 4 people in the car, and one of the backseat passengers got smoked which led to blood getting on the girl. After she gets out the front seat passenger is telling someone to go, so I don't think it's the driver that got hit.
