A 4-Year-Old Had Been Growling At Preschool — So This Naturopath Says She Gave Him Rabid Dog Saliva

Anke Zimmermann, from Victoria, wrote on her blog in February that she used the saliva last year to treat a preschooler who had been having trouble sleeping and behaving in the classroom. “His preschool is complaining that he hides under tables and growls at people,” she wrote in the post.

Zimmermann said the young child, whom she identified only as Jonah, had been bitten by a dog in the past, and she suspected that may have led to his problems.

“People who need Lyssinum, also known as Hydrophobinum, are often afraid of the dark, of dogs, even of water, have trouble falling asleep and are overly excitable. Aggression can also be a strong feature as can dreams of dogs, wolves and being attacked. This can even develop into full psychosis,” she wrote.

So she prescribed it.

“Within a minute or two of giving him the remedy Jonah smiled at me very broadly and beautifully, as if all the lights had just gone on,” Zimmermann wrote. “We said our goodbyes, and I felt a warm feeling of hope for this boy.”

Father-of-Four Admits He Offers Free Accommodation to Women in Exchange for SEX (and he gets offers from girls as young as 16)

Father offers free accommodation to women in exchange for SEX | Daily Mail Online

  • Simon* appeared on This Morning where he revealed his renting arrangements
  • Offers women a place to stay and a stocked fridge in exchange for sex
  • Says he has offers from girls as young as 16, but he always turns these down

A father-of-four has admitted to letting women stay in his property rent-free in exchange for sexual favours in what is known as a 'friends with benefits' arrangement.

Simon* appeared on This Morning on Tuesday where he told Philip Schofield where he explained that he offers women a roof over their head as well as a fully-stocked fridge in return for regular sex.

The landlord, who advertises on online classified site Craigslist, believes there is nothing wrong with such deals as long as they are consensual.

He adds that he doesn't use the arrangement to prey on someone young or vulnerable.

Speaking on This Morning with his identity obscured, he said: 'There are a lot of 16 and 17 year olds who contact me on a regular basis [but I'm not interested].'

Going on to describe what he was looking for, he said: 'I'm seeking an arrangement. I'm very honest in what I say.

'I'm very forward and honest and don't tell lies. I have been married and I have a family.

Aside from a roof over their head, Simon says he offers the women 'a life' including a fully-stocked fridge

'But I find that modern day relationships do not work and if they do they only work for a short period of time. Most females lie. They are working to an agenda.'

Simon says that he doesn't interview prospective candidates, and instead likes to spend a few days with them before making any kind of deal.

He continued: 'I have a privileged life. I have worked very hard. I've had three-long term arrangements.

'They [the women] live rent free. We have a set arrangements. It takes a while to get there, one or two weeks. It's not like you walk in and I say, "Take your clothes off".'

Simon claims that he offers a unique opportunity that is far more than just a room to stay in.

Viewers of the ITV daytime show were left horrified by Simon's 'arrangements' taking to Twitter to share their outrage

He adds: 'I offer them a life, more than a fully stocked fridge. They are still in touch with me. I'm not a pervert. It's an arranged relationship. I have a fantastic life and I just want to share it.

'I'm seeking fun. If they were not having fun, I wouldn't be there. You have to get along. I'm just being upfront saying what I have and what I have to offer.

'I'm doing nothing wrong. It's an arrangement between two adults. I'm looking for someone my own age. I'm not looking for someone vulnerable.'

Viewers of the ITV daytime show were left horrified by Simon's lifestyle, taking to Twitter to share their outrage.

One wrote: 'Says he's not looking for vulnerable people but is advertising that he can offer them a whole life, not just an apartment, sounds like he's trying to appeal to people who are struggling to me.'

Others were shocked by the fact that he was a parent, adding: 'If he has a daughter do you think he would like someone taking advantage of her like that?'

The investigation was lead by This Morning journalist Enya Quin-Jarvis who was looking at the rise of women living 'rent-free' following the news that a third of millenials will face a life time of renting.

According to the latest figures, 250,000 women in Britain are being offered free or discounted rent in exchange for sexual favours.

Enya said she discovered over a hundred online adverts offering women a place to live in return for sexual favours.

She explained: 'I was absolutely shocked at the number of adverts… I easily came across a hundred adverts. This is across the UK, not just London.'

Asked why a woman might consider such an arrangement, she said: 'For them it's a roof over their head. This is a growing problem. For a lot of women this is their only option.

'Some adverts were really vague, saying we want someone who can cook and clean and you can live here rent free.'

'When you started talking to the landlord it clearly wasn't just about cooking and cleaning and you had to offer a sexual favour to the landlord. Some adverts were clearly saying I'm offering a friends for benefits arrangement.'

She added that she was certain young girls were also approaching landlords and being caught up in this murky web.

Such classified adverts are banned on Craigslist in the US as they are thought to promote child sex abuse due to younger girls getting in contact with landlords, however in the UK they are not yet illegal.

DailyMailOnline has contacted Craigslist for a comment.

I have zero qualms with this guy, the women who take him up on it or the arrangement in general. People really need to get over the idea that sex is some holy sacred deed, only to be had by two people in love with each other forever and ever and ever.

Isn't he a predatory though? Preying on the misfortune of the women? Granted they are consenting adults, but with their backs against the wall, this dude is just taking advantage. It's creepy and disgusting.

Nah fam, he's quite explicit and up front about the rental terms and conditions - these women can clearly say no. Dude is what's well known as a 'sugar daddy' or a rich dude that can afford to take care of his mistress(es).

The guy from Wichita though is an idiot - if he enters into a lease agreement involving money then he should use the appropriate channels to obtain his full rent from his tenants instead of soliciting sex.
