I love condiments but sometimes you got to work with with you got

My girl doesn’t like mayo, so I made mayo-less chicken salad. Not terrible.

Raisins/Craisins in Chicken Salad = #Cultural.

But Avacado is a very solid substitute for Mayo, an expensive one, but a very solid one

I had some Curry Chicken Salad a few weeks ago, maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan. So good

There's probably a lot of stuff that would be good in it. I just don't have all of those ingredients/spices on deck at home.

Almonds are fire. Didn't really use to mess with them until recently.
