I cut them for stir fry size. Marinated them in hoisin, soy, sriracha, honey, water, sesame oil. Seared them off to get a little color in a dry Dutch oven, then added the rest of the sauce and a flour/water slurry and let that cook down until it was the right consistency.How did you cook the thighs?

I normally would as well but I just didn't have any on hand. Sauce came out more like a gravy but it still tasted good.i use cornstarch instead of flour
