My local neighborhood Boston Market gets super lit on Thanksgiving day. People start lining up around 5AM & the lines are insanely long. They do holiday food boxes too & people be brawling to get their hands on one . I'll try to take a pic this year to show you guys.

That sounds more entertaining than the nfl thanksgiving games.

wasn’t terrible. i just put it in the smoker till the temp got to 120 ish. then took it out rested it and then hit it with the flame thrower
