I’m a retired carb boy. The chocolate with walnut was good but the double chocolate chip one was too sweet. I had to cut it in 4’s.

What was your experience with caffeinated pre-workout drinks/supplements in the past? Were you not able to sleep? Or are you commenting that it is just bad for your health?
I’ve never had any negative side effects but I do sometimes worry about long-term potential issues
I come in peace.ate recklessly while on vacation and trying to get back on track. morning smoothie (greek yogurt, orange juice, blueberry, pineapple, mango, banana, spinach, almond milk, honey). if anyone likes a tarty smoothie, this hits the spot for me.
That stuff is horrible for you, but I have developed a tolerance and I also burn it off immediately. I see people drinking bang energy drinks casually and i feel like it would be uncomfortable to walk around with that much energy without an outlet.
The recommended limit for all caffiene is like 300mg or so. I stay within that so no room for coffee until the cheat day when I dont work out.
