Unmelts . I don't know why it happens but I follow the cooking instructions. Put it in the wall oven on 415 degrees for 20 mins or so & they still came out mushy. What am I doing wrong?

Probably nothing lol Not a lot you can do to save a premade crab cake

If your oven has a broiler I woulda put the whole sandwich under there for 2-3 mins after
