A "steak house" chain here in DC (medium rare) only serves fries with their steaks. Well at least for VDAY dinners, that is all they offer.

Similar restaurant in nyc except it’s year round not just v day. No menu only items are $35 skirt steak with a salad and bottomless fries. They do have a barebones but constantly updated drink and desert menu.

Edit: they have added other menu items since I’ve been there. Looks like they have a lunch only burger and new sides. Still a deal

I think i'm in charge of making most of the thanksgiving food this year. Glad my someone else is cooking the turkey and bringing it over. Can use the oven to cook other things.

Was my wife’s Birthday on Saturday so it started with these….. and yes the drinks are both hers lol

Appetizer was baby portabella mushrooms stuffed with crab and a spicy sriracha aioli.

Her dinner was a 10oz ribeye topped with prawns and mushrooms with a spicy sauce

Mine was a simple ribeye with steamed veggies and polenta

Of course Bday cake for the Bday girl ( she got busy before I took the pic lol)

It’s good. You know what you’re getting also from a reputable chef. Went when they were a pop up only and going off buzz before they had brick and mortar spot and it was strictly skirt steak and bottomless fries with some beers and wines no salads or deserts. Was $28 and cash only summer 21.
