Moms made pernil, arroz con gandules, and I murdered it.

She did make turkey. Just never been a fan unless I'm eating clean. Which I was not that day.

Didn't take pics, but wanted to just note that the skin on the pernil came out mad crispy and that is the most heavenly **** you can eat when it does

Nah it's dope. Just hit the bowl play some music relax and throw down. I hate when it's slow as a cook. Too damn boring, I just try and leave when it's slow. I shine when it's busy I've worked in spots serving 500 people a night. ***** fun. I mess up when it's slow because I'm not focused.

12 gauge, hot water and some OG's that know how to gut. Foil up the meat and cook that **** underground. It's coconut milk with chopped onions&Green peppers. Ifo aupito
