I’m convinced the people that eat well done have never tried any other temp or had a bad experience in the past. A medium rare even blue steak will melt in your mouth when done right with a good quality cut.

Skirt?Ngl my mom makes a kind of steak thats more well done than that, dont even know the cut (its not carne frita) but its like a long sirloin type strip and it looks like a mega well done but its tasty af and actually not super chewy. I like it alot, gotta ask her what its called or take a pic.

I’m with you my pops makes his steak in the broiler and it comes out falling apart not sure what or how it does it but it’s well done and by far the best steak I’ve eatenYeah there we go skirt, im buggin I knew that.

You can’t even see the gas go in to a car and if you’re putting in a portable joint then you know exactly how much you’re selling by eyeballing it.
