FOOD THREAD VOL. GRUB LIFE

Don't know how cats eat finger food without access to soap and water. Gotta be able to wash my hands immediately after eating that.

Paper towel not gonna cut it. Then he's out here touching the steering wheel with the grease residue

Folks cars be crumby as hell. I don't understand it for the life of me. Eating out of my lap is one of the most uncomfortable feelings in life man.

Not immediately having access to soap and water after my meal kills me.

Overall terrible experience that honestly brings down the value of any meal.

Please ignore my ignorance bro, I come in peace and willing to be educated.

Yes, looking to get more into Indian food.

Any additional information you can give about the differences between Indian food and Middle Eastern food would be great as well!
Do some research and find the best shawarma spot wherever you are. Give it a try.

Saag :pimp: with a little bit of butter melted in it when served hot & naan=🔥. I remember my mom used to make that a lot when I was a kid. She was an amazing cook. I lost her to Covid in 2020 & miss her & her cooking so damn much 😪. I remember it was very time consuming to make that at home. Almost 6-8 hours IIRC.

Damn man sorry to hear that. I love saag paneer but my insides do not. #yolo

All that taco talk influenced me. Lengua, al pastor, and carnitas:

Man if I'm with somebody that gets a "rice dish", I always feel like they are wasting an experience.

#FakeNEws

It just should always be in a supporting role.

That's all.

Is the rice not supporting the spices and meats in biryanis?

Or the spices, vegetables, and proteins in fried?

Rice is like a blank canvas. So many options and possibilities

In Biryani or Fried Rice, rice is the Main Eventer. It is carrying the team.

By weight, it is the main ingredient as well.

It's a sidekick at best.

Cancel your trip to da heightz b. Rice is life to caribbeans. I don’t know a Dominican/puerto rican/Cuban that doesn’t eat chicken, rice and beans at least once a week
