Damn it’s been a year since I went to Philly to get my rainbow bagel with the five pounds of cream cheese 😂. Need to plan a trip there soon. I also need a trip to DC for nandos garlic bread.
 
Dogsitting this weekend at my parents' place and inviting some friends out to utilize their smoker.

Thinking of doing spare ribs 3 ways and some smoked Peruvian chicken thighs.

McDonald’s probably way too efficient to throw away top buns..

They probably have either extra bags of just bottoms for the Big Macs or they have specific bags of Big Mac bun sets for these.

Wouldn’t make sense to throw away top buns at this level of corporate operation

Or they just make a larger bun in the first place that can be separated into 3 parts. Easy enough.
 
I haven't had a Big Mac since I was a kid. I always thought that middle bun was a separate bun they made with no bottom crust.
