I know people who can’t handle certain foods but why Chipotle?

I'm married to a mexican. I eat authentic mexican food damn near every day.

I also eat at Chipotle on rare occasion with no problem

edit: i will say they are different. thought i’d clarify chipotle is far from authentic. but its still good imo.
