Nowadays I find myself skipping the rice with my ulam and it pisses my grandma off. She swears any meal without rice is just a snack.

From the past few days
My dad's favorite Chinese spot reopened recently after a few months of being renovated. Food is pretty good and it's cheap. For some reason the lighting really messed with the white balance of my pics. Tried my best to deal with it on my phone but they still look a bit off.
General Tso
Green beans in garlic sauce
Salt & pepper pork chops
Pan fried flounder
Everything came out to about $30 including tip. I'm pretty sure that's the main reason my dad loves this place lol
Then hit up a bakery afterwards and bought random baked goods
Croissant
Some coconut thing
A cinnamon roll with fruit on top
Guinness Latte
Pancit palabok

Unfortunately not beer-flavored but chocolate, vanilla, and Irish creme. Still tasty though.
