Nah we were trying to get in this crazy tight spot at some festival and trees were all over the top so the sandbox was the path we chose. Somehow we forgot it wasn't a 4x4 and has the turning radius of a bus.

I was prepping at a mean slant for like an hour got bored of staring at it waiting for the truck and started cooking. That cracked everyone else up.

Tried the one in Vegas recently and it didn't live up to the hype. In n Out>Shake Shack by a wide margin.

I'm sure there's plenty of legit ramen spots scattered around NYC, but I've never been to any so I can't comment.

As for NJ, right across the bridge there's a few spots in Fort Lee. My personal favorite is Menya Sandaime. I think it's a Korean-owned chain, but I found it to be really good.

Honestly, I'm not sure if you can add in things. Whenever I've gone I've always had it as is. The menu is pretty simple but I think they do it well.

Fat bbq is on point. Thing with fat sals is that you have to eat the sandwich fresh out. I had took home the other half and the bread was hard.
