Little sliders I made for lunch added shredded American cheese, a little pinch of grilled onion, mustard/ketchup and I finally gave in a put some little pickle slices. Overall was happy with them.

Been wanting to try a copycat of the OG White Castle slider recipe. From what I'm learning they re-hydrate dried onion flakes and the burger itself sits on a bed of them without ever actually making direct contact with the heating surface. Placing the bun directly on top of raw meat while it cooks to let it steam seems sketchy, but I'd imagine it'd have to be relatively safe if the recipe made it this far.

Lol there was some McDs breakfast hate so I saw both Wendy’s and Taco Bell had breakfast so just wondered.

I made some infused Buffalo shrimp for 4/20 this year I f'd up and ate like 12 of them they were just too tasty and before I know it I was stoned to the bone.
