Mashed Cauliflower/Squash with cheese.

It was good, I went for seconds. But yes I was also surprised it wasn't nasty.

It's called cauliflower Mac n cheese for the same reason a vegetarian meats carry the name of animal products they taste nothing like

Donuts are legit delicious poison, i'm cool with removing the temptation completely. Even so the best moment is that fresh hot Krispy Kreme which I only do once in a while anyways.

The problem is there are actually a limited type of donuts I actually like

Coffee glazed, strawberry glazed and cronuts are all I get, the rest are trash. And I only like light fluffy donuts, not that rich cakey stuff.

Already gave up bacon, so that’s an easy one for me. Donuts would be easy too. I probably average eating about 2 donuts a year for the last 10 years.
