Bye Pickles.
Lettuce. No-brainer.
Tomato is also optional though. Only two mandatories for me are pickles and onions.

Bye Pickles.
Bye Pickles.
Bye Pickles.
The raw onion and lettuce can go without question. Trash additions.
I'm not eating a burger for digestive purposes. Grilled onions work but raw red onion? Hell nah.But those help with digestion. The onions have antioxidants and the lettuce has fiber. Without those ingredients the burger might as well come in a happy meal cardboard fold up box with a toy inside.
Bye Pickles.
The sauce was just a sriracha/Mayo mix. I didn’t put any tots on the taco but you might be on to something.
Straight violationThis is an appropriate amount of pickles and onions on a burger:
You request Spinach on burgers when you are out and about?
Who said I haven't?They're actually not bad on burgers. You should try some one day
Who said I haven't?
But answer the question.
When you are out, do you just ask for Spinach on burgers ?
It's good on pizza but you would look crazy requesting it on a burger in most places. They're actually not bad on burgers. You should try some one day
How would you know if you are allowed to sub unless you ask?If I can sub it out, yes
I've learned that the real pro move is to do the fried onion smashburger with a scoop of relish instead of pickles. No sauces or other condiments needed. Perfect as is.
Can't think of any instance where I'd want any greenery other than iceberg or bibb lettuce on a burger though.
