Multiple reasons...
1. My wife doesnt really care for the single fruit wood smoke..but says the strong flavor of hickory or mesquite is too much...
2. I consolidated my wood chunks into 1 bag....the only wood that i can tell is different is the cherry...
3. Found that the combo of the strong flavor of hickory and multiple fruit woods compliments the hickory and or mesquite better than just 1 fruit wood...

Number 1 ultimately led to the other reasons though...
