Much like grilled cheese, when you start adding all that stuff in there is it STILL CONSIDERED MACARONI And cheese?

i'd say so

i prefer regular over random added ingredients but that chorizo/cilantro sounds good

also like adding jalapenos on occasion

no to lobster/crab

Philadelphia food, two of my favorite things.

In Reading Terminal:
You honestly can't go wrong anywhere in there, but here's some of my favorites...
Beiler's - get the apple fritter
Dutch Eating Place - problem with this place is the portions are so OD you won't want to eat much else
Famous 4th Street cookie
DiNic's
Bassett's - ice cream

Everywhere else:
South Philly Barbacoa - hella good tacos
Bakeshop on 20th - get the brookie
Mike's BBQ
Pizzeria Beddia
Chickie's and Pete's - if you want to watch an Eagle's game
Federal Donuts - they got chicken AND donuts
Franklin Fountain - novelty ice cream
Honey's Sit n Eat
Tacconelli's

Cheesesteaks:
John's Roast Pork
Max's
Dalessandro's
Jim's
Ishkabibble's

Dang I miss Philly. I worked for a company that was based out of Plymouth Meeting for over 10 years so I been to Philly countless times. Been to most of the spots you listed. I know it was simple but I loved me some Crab Fries from Chickies and Petes :frown:
