Recipe please
Used to be on the menu at the restaurant I worked at back in the day. Always loved it and I'm not really sure why it's taken me this long to re-create it myself.

Pound chicken breast --> Flour --> Eggs x Hot Sauce --> Cornbread --> Fry til lightly brown --> Finish in oven

Jalapeno honey butter is literally just those 3 ingredients. I chose to melt it down in a pan, but the restaurant used to just put it on top and let it melt.
 
I'm having a small get together next weekend and I am always so over the top with food. I was making a list and i realized i have go to party menu so it made me think what are some of y'all party staples? I always make Pernil (Pork Shoulder), Arroz con gandueles (Yellow rice with pigeon peas), Empanadas, Penne Ala Vodka, Salad, Antipasto platter and Shrimp Ceviche as appetizer.
 
That uncooked chicken slathered in bbq sauce looks like itll give you salmonella.

Dont even care tho. She lookin thicc.
