Thanks for the feedback. Don't worry, it didn't come across as hate.

They were filled with meatsauce and ricotta, so I felt it had enough sauce and cheese.
I guess it's the same as posting a burrito or sandwich. I should've posted a cross section. Fam ate them up tho.

love manicottis. I just do ricotta filling, cover them in marinara, and put shredded mozzarella on top

the mozzarella gets nice and browned in the oven... good as hell

might make em tomorrow

manicotti is usually filled with a lot of cheese so more cheese isn't necessary
it maybe could use more sauce but it isn't an enchilada. it's not supposed to be completely covered
i've seen them look exactly like that and some with a more sauce. they are delicious
