i dont like using sargento brand cheese as a binder
its great as a topper to the cheese
but not to be mixed in
as 1 example

great value brand
any low moisture part skim milk mozzarella
gotta use whole milk mozzarella
and organic valley come to mind
arent good binders


kraft is good depending on which kind
lucerne
and tillamook are great
and of course velveeta
