Snack: Green Smoothie: Spinach (Frozen not canned), Banana, Pear, Amazing Grass,Lime, Celeries

Dinner: Jerk CHicken, Smoked Salmon (From Grill)

Because I cooked both chicken and fish in one sitting.

I had fish I thawed a few days ago and I also had chicken I needed to cook soon.

Because I cooked both chicken and fish in one sitting.

not a fan of that combo man, just leave one out the next me or someone else ask when u do this. fried fish & fried chicken is kinda acceptable, but jerk chicken & grilled salmon r just too far on the opposite ends of the spectrum to eat together.
