just pan seared with butter and a little oil. Salted it a few hours before cooking so it could dry out the exterior and sear better

Only the Mexican sauces hit here. 9, 4, 2. I like Texas Pete for what it is. Tabasco is not hot and tastes weird, I don't get it.
