I am asking him if he ALSO used plant based cheese.

It would be odd to me to have plant based ingredients mixed with non-plant based materials.

Finally found these.

Probably better without the Chocolate backing. I used to always take it off when I was younger. I hated the texture of thin/crispy chocolate.

a good (fried) chicken sandwich for me is a soft bun + crispy chicken + hot sauce + pickles
need some tang and flavor from the sauce/pickles
doesn't have to be cayenne/vinegar sauce but that works
